The lime deposits are caused by rainwater entering through the soil layers, which contain lime salts. Depending on the composition of the soil, more or less lime is deposited on the canal walls. The degree of hardness of the respective water behaves accordingly.
Incrustations can become a problem if they prevent the flow of water and coarse materials such as branches or leaves lead to blockages, backups or even flooding.

Our ultra-high-pressure sewer robot technology is not only suitable for removing hard deposits (lime, concrete), but is also ideally suited for cutting old, defective or leaking inliners out of the pipe. Thanks to permanent camera monitoring, we always work in a controlled manner. The high-pressure water jet runs almost parallel to the pipe during removal, so no damage occurs.

Remediate seepage holes
With a new type of structure!
Seepage holes can become clogged over time due to limescale build-up or overlying material and thus impair or even prevent the seepage function of the pipe. To restore the seepage effect, we have built a new type of structure for partial seepage hole cleaning. In this process, the blocked hole is blasted with a targeted water jet and at the same time even the overlying material (seepage packing, debris or foreign bodies) is loosened or removed.
